What is a personal data?
Personal information refers to all types of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person in life. The type of personal data collected by Swegmark depends on the services you use. In connection with registration and ordering, enter your name, address, e-mail, mobile number and social security number. When you use Swegmark's website, Swegmark collects some information that is not personal, eg. which browser and operating system you use and the IP address of the computer used when visiting the Web sites, but which may still be personal data in the opinion of the law.

Why and when do we collect personal information about you?
In connection with your registration and / or order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service you may expect from us. You are asked to provide information about yourself when you register to make a purchase with us. Abecita AB collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

a) Be able to complete and provide the service you would expect from us when you placed an order at abecita.com. As a customer, you will receive e-mail regarding your order and payment. Klarna will collect personal information about you in connection with payment. Klarna is thus personally responsible for such personal data as per Klarnas terms, see here.

b) We will promote us selfs by email in the form of newsletters or e-mail based on your previous purchases. This if the separate consent is given. Third party email messages or items or services that are not directly related to our business are not occorring. Unregistering can easily be done via a link in the email or directly at abecita.com. This can happen without the need for a login or the like as a customer.

c) We use re-targeting marketing in social media and third party sites. This provided you visited abecita.com and did not contest marketing from us.


Who has access to the data?
Abecita AB only transfers and transfers information to partners where we have controlled cooperation and valid bidding agreements and to companies within the same group.

How long is the information saved?
Abecita AB saves your information as long as it is necessary based on legal requirements or to fulfill our commitments to you in the individual case. Your data will never be stored longer than is relevant or permitted under applicable personal data law. Inactivity clears your data after 3 years.


In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you are entitled to receive, once a year, your personal data, registered with Abecita AB, free of charge. The request is made in writing to Abecita AB, Box 646, 501 13 Borås, Sweden

If registered information is incorrect, you are entitled to have these corrected.
