How do i make a return?

1. Register your return under "My Pages" at www.abecita.com by first logging in with your user details that you received via email when you made your purchase with us. If you do not have information, email webshop@abecita.com

2. Use the online return form to create a return ticket. Once you have registered your return, note the return code on the delivery slip that you received with your shipment and send with the return.

3. Pack the item / goods well, please use the original packaging.

4. Paste on the prepaid return shipping note on the package and post.

5. If you wish to make a change, you must place a new order.

It takes about 5 days for a return to arrive to us and be handled.


When will i receive my money after returning an item?

As soon as we have received the goods and see that the condition is approved, your money will be refunded via Klarna. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the return. Contact Klarna for further information 08- 120 120 10


What is the shipping cost when I order from you?

All our deliveries are made with the Postnord and postal package, the shipping for these is for the moment. 39 kr. Orders over 599 SEK are free of charge.


How long does my delivery take?

If the items you order are in stock and we make no residual notes. Delivery is within 1-4 business days of the order being made.


I want to change my order?

Orders made weekdays before 13.00 am we will pack as soon as the purchase is made. Have you placed an order after 13.00 am we can help you with any cancellation of orders.
